Neuropathology WSI Dataset

57 H&E-stained whole slide images from the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center. These high-resolution tissue scans capture neuropathological features at multiple magnification levels and are used for training self-supervised vision models.

Models Trained

• NP-TEST-0 — Initial neuropathology ViT (80.17% linear probe accuracy)
• NP-GIANT — Improved with hierarchical tile connectivity (84.51% accuracy)
• MAD-NP — Magnification-aware model (0.9307 linear F1)

Part of the Federated Brain Digital Slide Archive project funded by NIH NINDS (U24NS133945-01). The federated architecture allows slides to be shared across participating institutions while data remains under institutional control.
